Catalysis in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Engineering

Catalysts are used to convert hefty oil into beneficial, distillable productions. They can be regenerated and used with a wide range of feedstock to bring bettered performance to refineries around the world. Catalysts may be gases, liquids, or solids. In homogeneous catalysis, the catalyst is molecularly dispelled in the same phase as the reactants. The petrochemical engineering that focuses on processes that allow the development and exploitation of crude oil and natural gas fields as well as the engineering analysis, computer modelling, and predicting of their future product performance.
