Antibiotics and Resistance

Antibiotic resistance arises when bacteria, fungi, and parasites change in response to the use of these medicines. Antibiotic resistance is a serious public health problem, when germs like bacteria and fungi develop the ability to defeat the drugs designed to kill them then antibiotic resistance happens. It means the germs are not destroyed and continue to growth. Antibiotic resistant bacteria can spread from one person to the  another in the community or from patient to patient in hospital. To stop and control the spread of antibiotic resistance Only by using antibiotics when approved by a certified health professional. Never demand antibiotics if your health worker says you don't need them.
