Green Chemistry & Renewable Energy

Green Chemistry, also known as sustainable chemistry, is a field that emphasizes the design, development, and application of chemical products and processes to reduce or eliminate hazardous substances. Its primary goal is to create more environmental friendly and sustainable chemical processes that minimize the generation of waste, reduce energy consumption, and use renewable resources whenever possible. Renewable Energy often referred to as a clean energy. It is also a form of energy derived from natural sources that are replenished at a higher rate than they are consumed. Sunlight and wind, for example, are such sources that are constantly being replenished are now cheaper in most countries. Economies of scale and innovation are already resulting in renewable energies becoming the most sustainable solution environmentally but also economically in terms of low costs for keeping energy prices at affordable levels.
