Anxiety is a natural response to stress and a normal part of life. However, when anxiety becomes excessive, persistent, and disrupts daily life, it may be classified as an anxiety disorder.

Symptoms:

excessive worry

restlessness

fatigue

difficulty concentrating

irritability

muscle tension

sleep disturbances.

Types of Anxiety Disorders:

Common anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)

panic disorder

social anxiety disorder

specific phobias.
