Registration and Payment Methods
Registration and the slot for the final program will only be finalized or confirmed once we receive the payment. We have three modes of registration options:
Online Registration: Registration can be completed from the respective conference website through credit or debit card with international transaction facility through secure online payment gateways. Also, through credit card authorization the online registration can be done.
Offline Registration: For offline registration the user will be provided with the bank account details with their billing details to complete registration through wire transfer. Please quote your invoice number as a reference. The confirmation will be provided once we receive the payment.
Onsite Registration: Registration can be completed at the venue of the conference. The acceptable mode of payment is by cash or through credit card authorization.
Request for Invitation Letter
Invitation letter will be provided to only those who are registered for the conference.
Considering the time and length of procedure for getting the visa, we request you to apply for visa as early as possible.
Scisynopsis will not contact the embassies and consultancies directly or on behalf of applicants.
Visa will not come under cancellation policies of Scisynopsis in case of failed visa application or any other visa issues.
Invitation letter can be provided to registered attendees for the application of visas.
Delegates must apply for visa with the sufficient time, and it will be their sole responsibility to take care of his/her visa requirements and procedure.
Delegates should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies and cancellations should be made in writing.
Scisynopsis have the right to change the policies without any prior notice as last minute changes.
The Organizer holds the sole right to cancel or postpone the conference or webinar in case natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity, pandemic, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances and the same will be intimated to the attendees from the respective program managers.
Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event which will be beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
If the conference/webinar is cancelled or postponed due to the cause which will be beyond control of organizer the registrations remain valid for the next future conferences or webinar. The registration and accommodations paid will automatically carry forwarded to the future events. Refund Policies will not be applicable in these cases.
If registrant is unable to attend the next scheduled date of the conference/webinar they will be eligible to get the full paid amount credit which can be used to attend any Scisynopsis conference organized within period of 12 months.
Liability of personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference/webinar will not be accepted by organizer.
Refund Policies (Conferences & Webinars)
Refund policy will be applicable only when the registrant is eligible to get the refund. Considering the advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and different overheads, we needed to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs, and all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.
Cancellation before 120 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund (with a deduction of €150 towards administrative/service fee)
Cancellation within 119-90 days of Conference: Eligible for 60% Refund
Cancellation within 89-46 days of Conference: Eligible for 40% Refund
Cancellation within 45 days of Conference: Non-refundable
E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.
The registration with limited costs (special discounts) is transferable to a person or event but not refundable anytime in cash/credit.
In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference or can be refunded as per the time policies mentioned above.
Cancellations received no less than 25 days before the scheduled broadcast start time will be eligible for full refund.
Cancellation requests received less than 24th day before the scheduled broadcast start time. Will not be eligible for refund.
Your webinar registration includes access to the live-webinar broadcast only.
All webinars are recorded, and the recordings will be accessible via Pay Per View and the Members' Only Area.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
As the accommodation cancellation policy solely depends upon the policies of the accommodation providers if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. So, we would request you to intimate us prior to 60 days of the conferences regarding any changes/alteration/cancellation for accommodation. It is advisable to enquire about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to canceling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
Insurance and Transportation
Insurance is not included in the Registration. Transportation from Airport to hotel completely depends upon the hotel facility. On request we can arrange the transportation for the attendees and the cost will be responsibility of traveler.
When will you Receive your Refund?
The process of refund initiation will take 30-45 working days and through the original mode which the registrant is paid during registration. The processed refund may take up to 9-10 business working days to get reflected in the account or statement.
The attendee will be solely responsible for all their belongings at the venue. Whatever be the reason the organizer will not be responsible for any stolen or missing items of attendees.
Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail (Anti-Spam) Policy
Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to Scisynopsis Conferences and our customers. We support the protection of client and consumers’ privacy rights as a fundamental element of our business.
Message Recipient Policy - Before clients can receive mail from us, advertising, or promotions, the client must have agreed to receive such messages. Any recipient may request at any time to be removed from our list, and we will comply with that request. In addition, we will thoroughly investigate any allegations made by recipients relating to unsolicited messages.
Policy against advertising our website using unsolicited email messages - We require that all e-mails from Scisynopsis Conferences are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and Web site using unsolicited email messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination. Unsubscribe any time - We require that each e-mail message sent out from Scisynopsis Conferences includes an easy way for subscribers to remove themselves via an unsubscribe link or by replying to the email with unsubscribe.

By registering for the conference you grant permission to Scisynopsis Conferences to portrait, record, and use your name, likeness, image, and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit, and/or digitize the ensuing pictures and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation.
