Imaging is a medical diagnostic method used to diagnose, monitor, or treat medical conditions. The cancer imaging techniques are used to diagnose the cancer. Some cancer imaging techniques are X-ray (plain film and computed tomography), ultrasound (US), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), and optical imaging.
