Cancer is an abnormality of a cell's internal regulatory system that results in uncontrolled growth and reproduction of the cell, and it is a term that describes a large variety of disorders of proliferation. The specific disorder may vary from tissue type to tissue type. Normally, cells are made up of tissues, and when the cell starts losing its ability to behave in a controlled manner and de-differentiates, a tumour will be formed.
