Dr. Humaira Yasmin is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, College of Science, King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. She obtained her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, in 2006 and 2008, respectively. Dr. Yasmin furthered her education by earning her M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Mathematics, Quaid-I-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2011 and 2015, respectively. Her research interests include biomathematics, Nanofluids, Nanotechnology, fractional derivatives, fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, ordinary and partial differential equations, channel flows, and peristalsis. Dr. Yasmin has been nominated for the Excellence Award in Scientific Research by the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, King Faisal University for year 2024 due to her outstanding contribution to research publications in the top 15% of WoS journals. Dr. Yasmin has contributed significantly to her field with over 100 papers published in high-impact factor journals that include theoretical as well as experimental studies and active participation in various national and international conferences and workshops. She is serving as a reviewer for many International well-known journals. Dr. Yasmin is serving as an Editorial Board Member for the “Journal of Mechanical Engineering Research” and “Physical Science International Journal”.
