Willie Sai Ho Chan (Prof Chan) LLB, MD, grew up in Hong Kong. He completed his schooling from the Queen's College, Hong Kong, and studied aircraft engineering at the Hong Kong Far East Flying & Technical School. And he received his Bachelor's degree (LLB) from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China, and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the China Medical University in Taiwan, China. He is currently working as Fellow, Professor and National Representative of the European Association for Predictive, Preventive and Personalized Medicine (EPMA, Brussels, Belgium) in Taiwan, China. He acts as Coordinator among other countries to promote the aim of the Association. He is an inter- and multi-disciplinary healthcare professional with increasing international recognition. He also serves as an Editor-in-Chief for several journals and is an editorial board member and reviewer for various journals. His main paper " Taiwan's Healthcare Report 2010 " (EPMA Journal 20l0), was published in the book " Healthcare Overview " (Springer 2012).
