Immunogenetics

The term "a sub discipline of genetics which deals with the genetic basis of the immune response" is the definition of the term "immunogenetics," which derives from the two words "immunology" and "genetics." The branch of medical immunology and medical genetics known as immunogenetics investigates the connection between the immune system and genetics. Immune system illnesses, like type 1 diabetes, are mind boggling hereditary attributes which result from surrenders in the resistant framework. New therapeutic targets may be found by identifying the genes that define the immune defects. Alternately, genetic variants can assist in defining the immunological pathway that leads to disease.
