Eman Atef Mohamed Ali

Biography

Dr. Eman Atef Mohamed Ali is currently serving as the Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Presidential National Initiative of Developing Egyptian Industry. In this role, she plays a critical part in fostering international partnerships and collaborations to enhance the vocational and technical education landscape in Egypt.
Eman is also a Member of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee at the Egyptian Health Council, which operates under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, with the board of trustees chaired by the Prime Minister. The CPD Committee is responsible for overseeing the accreditation of medical institutions and post-university training programs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Previously, Eman served as the Accreditation Program in Charge Officer at the National Training Academy of Egypt. Her responsibilities included ensuring compliance with accrediting body standards and preparing the institution for successful accreditation. Her leadership resulted in the Academy earning a five-year accreditation with no identified weaknesses.
Eman is honored to be the Head of the Speakers’ Selection and Communication Committee at the World Youth Forum, an internationally recognized platform endorsed by the United Nations. The Forum has been praised for its contributions to addressing global youth issues and empowering young people worldwide.
In academia, Eman holds a PhD and is an Associate Professor in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Department at Helwan University, where she teaches courses in women's health and obstetric emergencies. Her research interests focus on women’s health, and she has published works on cervical cancer prevention and early detection.

Additionally, Eman serves as a co-editor of the Helwan International Journal of Nursing Research and Practices, where she oversees the editorial review process and selects significant scientific contributions.
Her expertise extends to consultancy, where she was part of the Consultancy Steering Team at the National Training Academy, offering services in strategic planning, organizational restructuring, and curriculum mapping. She also led the Combatting Gender-Based Violence Project in collaboration with Shamseya Social Enterprise Egypt and is currently involved in a Capacity Building Project for Healthcare Providers on Soft Skills with the Egyptian Healthcare Authority.
