Dr. Nadina Jose is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Health Professions, MS Clinical Research Management program, at Rutgers University. She has held a variety of roles in the biopharma industry over the last 35 years. As the global APAC head for Allergan, based in Singapore, she oversaw monitoring, investigator engagement, site development, and regional operational oversight across Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and India. As a Medical Affairs Clinical Operations Specialist for Sanofi in Asia, she focused on quality operations for medical affairs strategy implementation and co-developed the medical affairs professional training boot camp, which trained Sanofi's medical affairs staff in China and Southeast Asia. Dr. Jose continues to provide consulting services to the global biopharma industry and serves as a subject-matter expert in strategy development, clinical operations, quality management, site management, and education. She is also currently a member of the Philippine FDA's scientific advisory committee. Apart from her academic and professional work environments, she is actively involved in community outreach, education, and advocacy for the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Santa Monica and is a spokesperson for Voices of Hope.
