Ilknur Melis Durası, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Molecular Biology and Genetics Department at Istanbul Health and Technology University, specializing in bioinformatics, multi-omics data integration, and systems biology. Her research focuses on understanding microbiome-host interactions, miRNA regulatory networks, and disease-associated transcriptional changes using computational approaches. She has led studies on network-based analysis of complex diseases, integrating miRNA, transcription factors, proteins, and microbiome interactions to identify functional disease modules. Dr. Durası has extensive experience in bioinformatics, RNA-seq & miRNA-seq analysis, metagenomics, and network-based disease modeling. She actively collaborates with researchers in precision medicine, computational biology, and translational research.
